Who we are

Jiro Yates graduated with Honors from the University of Florida with his Master’s degree in Architecture where he also completed studies in Vicenza Italy. Jiro has been practicing for 30 years with FSMY Architects + Planners Inc in Fort Lauderdale where he is the main Partner. Jiro has specialized in creating bespoke, custom homes for over 10 years. Among his houses is 1712 SE 12th Court which sold for $32.5 million.
